Step out, Journey in.

MEN'S ADVENTURE into the powerful mountains of Sierra Nevada

Aug 7-11

People spend months in therapy, and it's not surprising that men often struggle in that setting. So, instead, we are supporting men on a journey of transformation through a weekend of connection to self, others, and nature.

From start to finish, in four days, you will have more insight into leading yourself clearly and confidently than one year of sitting in someone's office can give you.

A weekend could start the course for a massive shift in your life.

Maybe it will...
Spark better mental health routines?
Save your marriage?
Create more presence?
Make you a better father?
Help you start the business you are dreaming of?
Get you better intimacy?

With the power of community and direct access to unlimited personal development coaching for four days, the goal is to remove distractions and align yourself for yourself.

Let's meet who you are, not who you are performing to be.

Along the way, you will learn outdoor survival techniques and tools for future outdoor adventures and face the challenges of the stunning terrain.

Picture boy scouts type of adventure for men.

What you can expect

Deep conversations by camp fire.
Physical challenges laid out by mother nature.
Step into learning about survival in the wilderness.
Connection to nature.
Learn techniques to quiet the mind.
New friendships.
No judgement.
Some laughs.
Solidarity and compassion.

This is for you if...

  • You are weighed down with expectations whether from yourself or others
  • You prioritize the needs of others.
  • You are stuck in sameness.
  • Want to learn backcountry skills and camping/trekking skills.
  • You want to add a new type of friendship to your life.
  • Need a space to unpack something that is simmering beneath the facade of "I'm good," without worrying about being judged or criticized.
  • Looking for some camaraderie that feels light and compassionate.
  • Desiring a bit of adventure.

What this retreat is not

No one is going to yell at you like a drill sergeant.
This is not a mens spa-type experience.
You will not be pressured to participate in anything that's not for you.

What is a rite of passage?

pexels-ivan-bertolazzi-2681319 jpg

Life as a modern man is challenging. The amount of masks we wear in a day can be overwhelming. We get caught in the day to day, go on autopilot, and lose connection with what really matters.

These different roles can leave you feeling fragmented, unsure, stuck or even lost. We are caught in the guise of relationships around us giving up our own needs to take care of others needs first. What if we could help you connect with yourself and your power as a leader?  Instead of being fragmented and unsure, feeling whole and solid?
