No stage intimidated me as much as competing on Top Chef Canada on national television. Not once but twice, as I was lucky enough to get called back for the All-Star season. With millions of viewers tuning in, I placed runner-up in both seasons. This sparked years of incredible partnerships with all types of media outlets and corporate sponsorships. It was both exciting and humbling to do what I loved, at that point in my life, and for the world to witness this process.

And today that has not changed.
